– To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Refunds are applicable within 14 days of the purchase date.

– Please provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, when requesting a refund.

3. *Refund Process:*
– To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@chakdesi with your request.
– Once your request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. *Shipping Costs:*
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. *Damaged or Defective Items:*
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging withing 48 hours
– We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed with a refund or replacement.

6. *Non-Refundable Items:*
– Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including custom or personalized orders.

7. *Exchanges:*
– We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

8. *Cancellation Policy:*
– Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this timeframe, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
